Day Four -5
I've been following the "diet" for the last 4 days but I haven't made it to the gym since I have a bunch of sick kids. Still, I'm down 5 pounds from where I was a little over a week ago.

Day 2 (again)
Steel cut oatmeal with strawberries and maple syrup for breakfast
Clementine for snack
GF penne with tomato sauce and parmesan cheese
Cucumber for snack
Grilled swordfish, asparagus, and quinoa/brown rice blend.
My daughters are refusing to eat this and are whining about starving.
Mood: Overwhelmed, tired, but not as crabby. I feel better than yesterday but still drained.
Physical: crazy bad gas all day, diarrhea. Maybe I should lay off the hummus?

Something new - Gluten Free?
I went on a fried chicken mountain dew diet when I lived in Korea. It was a joke that started because no matter what I eat, I gain weight. But on this crazy diet, I lost 30 pounds in the first month. I even stopped working out like crazy. And I never felt better. It was a horrible diet so the only thing I can guess is that it was cutting out gluten that did it.
I went to Whole Foods this morning and shopped. I bought meat, vegetables, fruits, and gluten free items.
So tomorrow I'm going to go gluten free and see how I feel after a week.
Right now: Irritable, sad, exhausted, no motivation (lazy), concentration issues, bloating, gas, diarrhea (have had this for about 10 years), acne, headaches.
